![]() ![]() Being able to go on the forums without being booted to the mobile site (as I am now) would also be stellar. I transcribe a lot, and being able to do so on the go would be absolutely fantastic, since it’s dang near impossible to do it on the mobile site. If I could offer two suggestions for things to add to the app, I would be ecstatic to have direct transcription and forum features. It’d also be nice to see your followed feed from the profile page too. Whenever I go to my friends’ profiles on mobile, all I can see are their leaderboards- I can’t look at their tates, songs, or anything else, and this is especially hard when someone new follows me and I can’t check them out until I get home. These are wonderful additions I’ve been wanting for a while! Thank you for all of your hard work!Īs for the profile screen, I would love to be able to see recent activity on it, the way you can on PC. Leave a comment below if you’d like (or reach out via email if you’d prefer to keep it private). I’d love to hear from users what they’d like to see us add to the profile screen in the apps. (I could do a bad job with it quickly, but I doubt any of us want that)Īs to the profile screen, I haven’t really put any thought into that. I would love to get to editing lyrics in both of our apps, but the things above I would argue need to be done before we can do lyric editing in any kind of good way. We used to do this, we broke it years ago, and I just haven’t had enough time to bring the feature back. Make annotations show up on the iOS lyrics once you’ve made them. It’s hard to edit lyrics that we display wrong. Make song lyrics rendering as reliable and repeatable in our apps as they are on the web.Fix the issues with annotating on iOS, and improve the moderation and administration tools related to it.Bring song metadata editing to the iOS app.To build on that, here’s what I’d like to see us undertake in 2019 in order to move the needle forward: We’ve made some pretty strong advancements here in the last year, including a rewrite of the activity stream and messaging (bringing them both to Android for the first time), lyrics edit proposals (which I completely understand is of little use for the ed+ community) and metadata editing on Android. One of our biggest limitations right now is the fact we only have one person working on both apps (hi), but the good news is that we’re actively trying to change that! Hopefully sooner rather than later :) We’ve had a lot of discussions about how to make the apps (iOS & Android both) better for ed+ (and all users, tbh). Musixmatch is the Editors Choice app and one of the best song lyrics apps for Android. Supported platforms: Windows and MacOS Key Features: Immersive Virtual Reality Effects. The software has been widely preferred by designers, animators, and compositors due to its streamlined creative compositing and animation programs. ![]() Hey, Nate from the mobile team here and I wanted to reach out and first of all, thank you for the interest and say that I share a lot of your frustrations and wishes. Adobe After Effects CC is another very popular and one of the best editing software for lyrics videos. ![]()
